Our Story
New England Lobster Trap was born from a simple obsession: making the kind of seafood you'd find in a weathered shack on the Maine coast — buttery, generous, unapologetically messy — and bringing it wherever the road takes us.
Every roll is built on a split-top bun toasted golden, piled high with claw and knuckle meat, and never compromised. Our chowder simmers the way your grandmother's did. Our clam strips are lightly breaded and brined in real sea salt.
